Customer Services Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with passenger flight inquiries and flight bookings
- Telephone reservations/enquiries and email monitoring
- Processing of passengers from ticket purchase through to flight check-in
- Correct and accurate processing/handling of passenger baggage
- Escorting passengers to and from the aircraft
- Assisting to maintain the ticket sales records on the relevant company account forms
- Administrative tasks as directed by the Base Manager
- Saturday working during operation of the summer flying schedule on a rotational basis with other staff members
Skills and Expertise
The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative with a proactive approach, possess good verbal and written communication skills, and work well under pressure.
