Customer Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Build the reputation of care homes to ensure success.
- Support teams to grow occupancy, focusing on private occupancy.
- Boost reputation for quality care within local communities.
- Showcase best qualities to prospective residents and families.
- Strengthen home’s web presence and improve enquiry management.
- Liaise with General Managers for rapid response to pre-admission assessments.
- Develop strong sales and marketing teams in homes.
- Tap into knowledge about local community groups.
- Oversee homes in putting together events and activities targeted at these groups.
- Carry out customer satisfaction research to improve conversion process.
- Provide feedback to leadership team and provide weekly updates on live enquires and community engagement.
- Connect residents with quality care and support.
Skills and Expertise
- Impressive track record in sales and marketing.
- Managing enquiries and general networking.
- Experience in delivering multi-site marketing activities.
- Delivering against targets (desirable).
- Experience in the care and health industry (desirable).
- Self-motivated and creative mindset.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-functional team.
- Empathetic towards customers experiencing emotional and challenging journeys.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full driving licence.
