Key Responsibilities
- Maintain office facilities and consumables in an organised manner
- Support site team with correspondence and reports
- Schedule and organise meetings
- Prepare and distribute relevant documents
- Sort, maintain, copy, and distribute correspondence
- Ensure accurate and organised paperwork
- Utilise document management system for scanning, uploading, and retrieving documents
Skills and Expertise
- Experience in a construction environment (desirable, but not essential)
- Experience in a similar office administration role
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), record-keeping, and attention to detail skills
