Deputy Home Manager (Nursing) – Great Yarmouth, Norfolk
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and training care staff
- Supporting pre-admission assessments
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Fostering strong relationships with residents families and external organisations
Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience as a Deputy Home Manager
- Ability to engage with residents and understand their individual care needs
- Knowledge of safeguarding and referral pathways for vulnerable adults
- Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with families, care professionals, and the staffing team
- Ability to promote resident and family involvement in developing and reviewing care plans
