Key Responsibilities
- Support team in childcare routines
- Deliver learning through play
- Innovate and challenge child learning and development
- Build and maintain parent relationships
- Promote child welfare and safeguarding
- Work flexible shifts (7am-7pm)
Skills and Expertise
- Early Years experience (Level 2/3)
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about inspiring and developing children
- Ability to work in a team
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures
