Key Responsibilities
- Providing effective and efficient clerical and reception support to a designated ward.
- Ensuring administration processes meet the needs of all service users.
- Acting as the initial point of contact for patients, visitors, and callers to the ward.
- Undertaking clerical tasks contributing to trust quality improvement projects and upholding trust values.
Skills and Expertise
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Organised and pays attention to detail
- Team player
- Experience in working with hospital IT systems (desirable)
