Learning Support Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Providing help and support to children with a variety of needs.
Skills and Expertise
- At least one year’s experience working with primary-aged children.
- Experience working in a friendly and busy environment.
- Understanding of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Level 2 qualification in play work/childcare.
- Knowledge of child safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with students, parents, and other staff.
- Good understanding of behaviour management strategies.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
