Experienced Site Agent Electrical Infrastructure (Up to 33kV)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of electrical infrastructure projects (up to 33kV), ensuring completion safely, on time, and within budget.
- Lead and supervise on-site teams, adhering to health, safety, and quality standards.
- Oversee and manage all project paperwork (risk assessments, method statements, permits, daily site reports).
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, highways agencies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress and compliance.
- Monitor project progress, manage site logistics, and deploy resources effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Handle on-site issues promptly, providing solutions and making decisions under pressure.
- Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and third parties.
- Ensure work meets client specifications and industry regulations.
- Report project progress, issues, and milestones to senior management.
Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in electrical infrastructure projects (up to 33kV).
- Strong leadership and people management skills, supervising site teams.
- Excellent understanding of electrical infrastructure installation, including HV and LV systems.
- Experience working with highways and local authorities, understanding relevant challenges.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations for electrical infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work away from home for extended periods based on project needs.
- Full UK driving license (company vehicle provided).
