Apprentice Customer Service Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Calling customers to inform them of delivery dates and times
  • Answering customer calls and managing inquiries
  • Organizing paperwork and emails within Customer Service
  • Correctly uploading Proof of Delivery (POD) documents into customer systems
  • Monitoring deliveries to ensure timely completion
