Senior Care Assistant Surrey
Key Responsibilities
- Care for residents like family, attending to their physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Assist residents with personal care activities (washing, hygiene, dressing, meals).
Skills and Expertise
- Experience leading a team.
- Committed and organized approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible to work shifts.
- Level 2 qualification, with Senior Care experience.
- Experience working in a Care Home environment (essential)
- Experience as a Senior Care Assistant, Senior Care Giver, Homecare Worker, Social Care Worker, or Community Support Worker (desired).
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (desirable but not essential to commence)
