Medical Centre Assistant – Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the Medical Centre during the evening.
• Being on duty in the Medical Centre overnight.
• Working as part of a team, but lone working overnight to provide 24-hour cover for students at Wymondham College.

Skills and Expertise

• Minimum of a grade C/4 in English and Maths GCSE.
• Good level of literacy and numeracy.
• Previous experience working with young people (desirable, but not essential).
• Previous experience in a caring role (desirable).
• Understanding of National Minimum Standards for boarding school student care.
• Experience in a medical environment (desirable).
• Full UK Driving Licence and ability to drive College cars.
• Ability to respond to on-call requests and live within a 45-minute drive of the College.
