Inclusion Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Inclusion and Intervention Team.
- Manage development, delivery, and auditing of support programmes.
- Support pupils in developing resilience, self-regulation, and learning success strategies.
- Lead team work with students experiencing significant behavioral obstacles.
- Collaborate with students, staff, and parents to resolve issues concerning behaviour, attendance, and welfare.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience working with young people, particularly those with SEMH needs.
- Experience delivering bespoke intervention packages.
- Proven experience in pastoral or teaching roles working with students.
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
