Inclusion Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Inclusion and Intervention Team.
  • Manage development, delivery, and auditing of support programmes.
  • Support pupils in developing resilience, self-regulation, and learning success strategies.
  • Lead team work with students experiencing significant behavioral obstacles.
  • Collaborate with students, staff, and parents to resolve issues concerning behaviour, attendance, and welfare.

Skills and Expertise

  • Experience working with young people, particularly those with SEMH needs.
  • Experience delivering bespoke intervention packages.
  • Proven experience in pastoral or teaching roles working with students.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
