Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors, providing a welcoming and friendly experience.
- Set the tone for the customer journey, ensuring a positive and exciting atmosphere for all.
- Assist with smooth check-in procedures.
- Guide guests and provide information about the park.
- Promote upcoming events and additional activities.
- Collaborate with other teams (caf, courts, parties) for seamless customer experience.
