HR Transformation & Engagement Advisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing first point of contact support to customers regarding a wide range of HR queries across multiple communication channels.
  • Supporting the Senior Advisor on HR Compliance and Audit initiatives, developing control systems for financial regulations compliance.
  • Supporting the Senior Advisor in gathering evidence for audits, including external agency requests, to maintain HR and payroll process due diligence.
  • Supporting the Senior Advisor in monitoring and liaising with managers on Occupancy End Reports and Employee Payments reports.
  • Assisting the Senior Advisor in coordinating and administering cycle to work, green car, and annual buy and bank leave schemes.

Skills and Expertise

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Strong IT skills, proficient with MS Office
  • Knowledge of iTrent (preferred)
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused individual
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload
  • Initiative and ability to work collaboratively while challenging current practices
  • National 5 level education; HR or Customer Focused experience (preferred)
