Transport Supervisor – Norwich

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive depot KPIs in quality and productivity, ensuring discipline, cleanliness, and optimal staffing for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), and the companys Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Liaise closely with Sales Representatives regarding cut-off times, van routes, delivery times, and service levels.
  • Maintain Asset-Tracking devices and monitor driver vehicle checks.
  • Support the induction and ongoing training of transport employees, ensuring they are multi-skilled and equipped to meet operational demands.

Skills and Expertise

  • Proven Multi-drop driving experience
  • Understanding of Health & Safety laws and regulations
  • Leadership qualities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well-organized
  • IOSH, First Aid, and Fire Marshall qualifications (desirable)
