Transport Supervisor – Norwich
Key Responsibilities
- Drive depot KPIs in quality and productivity, ensuring discipline, cleanliness, and optimal staffing for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), and the companys Quality Management System (QMS).
- Liaise closely with Sales Representatives regarding cut-off times, van routes, delivery times, and service levels.
- Maintain Asset-Tracking devices and monitor driver vehicle checks.
- Support the induction and ongoing training of transport employees, ensuring they are multi-skilled and equipped to meet operational demands.
Skills and Expertise
- Proven Multi-drop driving experience
- Understanding of Health & Safety laws and regulations
- Leadership qualities
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-organized
- IOSH, First Aid, and Fire Marshall qualifications (desirable)
