Supply Chain Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver initiatives to improve processes, systems, culture, and network capability.
- Drive structured governance techniques to manage risks, dependencies, and speed of delivery effectively.
- Recommend process improvements to ensure compliance, competitiveness, and high customer service.
- Apply change management methodologies to manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout projects.
- Engage stakeholders to drive buy-in and successful project delivery.
Skills and Expertise
- Project Management experience with large-scale complex change initiatives
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Adaptable and strong time-management skills
