Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop care teams across multiple care homes in the region.
• Implement action plans to meet resident needs.
• Lead teams in the absence of the General Manager, covering care standards, staff motivation, and regulatory compliance.
• Inspire a multidisciplinary team to provide the best possible quality of life for residents.
• Monitor standards through regular audits and supervised clinical practice.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance.
• Develop and deliver strategies to achieve goals.

Skills and Expertise

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
• Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
• Previous experience in a nursing home setting.
• Evidence of continual professional development.
• Experience managing residents with diverse health needs.
• Experience in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
• HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Understanding of budget management.
• Experience supporting newly qualified nurses.
• Compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
