Deputy General Manager (Clinical) – Essex
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop care teams across multiple homes.
- Implement action plans to meet resident needs.
- Lead in the absence of the General Manager, covering care standards, team motivation, and regulatory compliance.
- Inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality resident care.
- Monitor standards through audits, supervised clinical practice, and compliance checks.
- Develop and deliver strategies to achieve goals.
Skills and Expertise
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
- Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
- Previous nursing home experience.
- Continual professional development evidence.
- Experience with residents with diverse health needs.
- Successful management of safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
- HR experience.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and budget management.
- Experience supporting newly qualified nurses.
- Compassionate, resilient, and determined to provide quality care.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
