Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop care teams across multiple homes.
• Implement action plans to meet resident needs.
• Lead in the absence of the General Manager, covering care standards, team motivation, and regulatory compliance.
• Inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality resident care.
• Monitor standards through audits, supervised clinical practice, and compliance checks.
• Develop and deliver strategies to achieve goals.

Skills and Expertise

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
• Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
• Previous nursing home experience.
• Continual professional development evidence.
• Experience with residents with diverse health needs.
• Successful management of safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
• HR experience.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and budget management.
• Experience supporting newly qualified nurses.
• Compassionate, resilient, and determined to provide quality care.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
