Customer Sales Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Sell company services and products to customers, meeting sales targets.
- Handle telephone inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to company standards.
- Organize vehicle delivery and collection, optimizing service and minimizing costs.
- Source vehicles for customer bookings, collaborating with the fleet team and branches.
- Accurately complete vehicle documentation.
- Manage vehicle repairs and warranty work.
- Process daily fuel documentation and ensure staff receive fuel deliveries compliant with regulations.
- Identify and report new business opportunities.
Skills and Expertise
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment
- Full, valid clean driving licence with 4+ years experience (required)
- Car rental/sales experience desirable but not essential (training provided)
- Flexibility in working hours, including availability during the day, evenings, and weekends
