Senior Care Assistant – Bedford

Key Responsibilities

• Caring for residents like family, attending to their physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Assisting residents with personal care activities (washing, hygiene, dressing, meals).

Skills and Expertise

• Experience leading a team.
• Committed and organised approach.
• Confident communication (verbal and written).
• Flexible to work shifts.
• Level 2 qualification with Senior Care experience.
• Previous experience working in a Care Home (essential).
• Experience working as a Senior Care Assistant (essential).
• Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (desirable but not essential to commence; must complete upon successful appointment if not already held).
