  • Step up in leadership in Head Chef’s absence.
  • Smash targets with your team.
  • Train and inspire your team to deliver high-quality food.
  • Support Head Chef with food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
  • Master branded menu operation.
  • Manage Chefs and Kitchen Team.
  • Oversee health and hygiene regulations.

Skills and Expertise

  • Passion for serving great food
  • Experience in training others
  • Proven ability to manage teams
  • Strong knowledge of food ordering and preparation
  • Familiarity with stock control
  • Ability to work with a branded menu
  • Confidence in managing Chefs
  • Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations
