Customer Service Officer – Premier Banking Edinburgh

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service, considering customer needs and financial goals.
  • Educate customers on banking options and support their choices.
  • Complete processes and procedures, providing a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct financial reviews and provide accurate information for informed decisions.
  • Manage diary and balance proactive conversations with customer meetings.
  • Support the bank’s way of working to assist customers.
  • Manage customer contact lists to identify opportunities for new financial services.
  • Maintain relationships with colleagues for customer support and business awareness.
  • Identify complaints and errors promptly, restoring customer relationships.

Skills and Expertise

  • Experience in customer service and relationship management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working within a regulatory environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Facilities/Benefits

  • Flexible rotating shift pattern (7.00am 9.00pm, 3 weekend shifts in a 12-week period).
