Customer Service Officer – Premier Banking Edinburgh
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service, considering customer needs and financial goals.
- Educate customers on banking options and support their choices.
- Complete processes and procedures, providing a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct financial reviews and provide accurate information for informed decisions.
- Manage diary and balance proactive conversations with customer meetings.
- Support the bank’s way of working to assist customers.
- Manage customer contact lists to identify opportunities for new financial services.
- Maintain relationships with colleagues for customer support and business awareness.
- Identify complaints and errors promptly, restoring customer relationships.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience in customer service and relationship management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working within a regulatory environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Job Facilities/Benefits
- Flexible rotating shift pattern (7.00am 9.00pm, 3 weekend shifts in a 12-week period).
