Software Asset Management Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Support operational health of the platform, encompassing service, risk, cost, and people aspects.
  • Support platform operational stability and technology performance, including maintenance of system utilities and tools.
  • Contribute to the team’s activities delivering software asset management services to customers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with technical roadmaps and supporting change demands.
  • Contribute to the delivery of customer outcomes, innovation, and early learning by testing products and services to identify viability and desired outcomes.
  • Contribute to the platform’s risk culture, ensuring risk discussion and mitigation.
  • Participate in planning and execution of platform work, servicing feature development requests, and supporting regulatory reporting.
  • Simplify platform infrastructure, architecture, services, and customer solutions, avoiding complexity.
  • Build relationships with platform, domain, and cross-domain stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory obligations, primarily SOX controls.

Skills and Expertise

  • Strong communication skills, conveying complex technical concepts to colleagues and management.
  • Experience in Agile or DevOps environments with continuous delivery and continuous integration.
  • Technical knowledge of platform, technology, products, and domains.
  • Knowledge of industry standard toolsets (e.g., Flexera, ServiceNow) and processes for enhancing IT customer service.
  • Software licensing and commercial experience for software publishers.
  • Experience within an ITIL framework.
  • Understanding of operational principles.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
