Software Asset Management Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the operational health of the platform, encompassing service, risk, cost, and people aspects.
  • Supporting platform operational stability and technology performance, including maintaining system utilities and tools.
  • Contributing to the delivery of software asset management services to customers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with technical roadmaps and supporting change demands.
  • Contributing to customer outcomes, innovation, and early learning by evaluating test products and services for viability and desired outcomes.
  • Contributing to the platform risk culture, ensuring risk discussion, understanding, and mitigation.
  • Contributing to work planning and execution within the platform, servicing feature development requests, and supporting regulatory reporting.
  • Simplifying platform infrastructure, architecture, services, and customer solutions, while guarding against introducing new complexity.
  • Building relationships with platform, domain, and cross-domain stakeholders.
  • Applying and reviewing controls, primarily against SOX, to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory obligations.

Skills and Expertise

  • Excellent communication skills, including communicating complex technical concepts to colleagues and management.
  • Solid experience in Agile or DevOps environments with continuous delivery and continuous integration.
  • Technical knowledge of platform, technology, products, and domains.
  • Knowledge of industry standard toolsets (e.g., Flexera, ServiceNow) and processes for driving customer service within IT.
  • Software licensing and commercial experience for software publishers.
  • Experience with ITIL frameworks.
  • Understanding of operational principles.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
