Skills and Expertise
- QTS (or equivalent) and good undergraduate degree.
- Continuous self-development and updated knowledge in teaching, learning, and education management.
- Proven track record in producing high-quality achievements for all children.
- Experience delivering high-quality INSET to teaching staff.
- Experience in leading, supporting, and managing others.
- Professional leadership and management of a staff team.
- Experience with assessment, pupil tracking, record keeping, data analysis, and target setting.
- Recent experience in innovative curriculum development (Language, Literacy, Numeracy).
- Embedding innovative strategies for improving teaching and learning.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, experience presenting.
- Knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage and National Curriculum.
- Successful working relationships with parents, carers, governors, agencies, and community.
- Experience using coaching for professional development.
