  • Deliver exceptional student outcomes.

  • Strengthen relationships with local communities.
  • Build local and national partnerships.
  • Balance strategic oversight with visibility across the trust.
  • Ensure pupils are at the heart of the Trust’s work.
  • Remain community-focused while achieving excellence.
  • Ensure ethical leadership, empathy, resilience, and inspiring staff, stakeholders and pupils.

Skills and Expertise

  • Experience leading complex organizations.
  • Deep understanding of education.
  • Track record of delivering positive change, including transforming underperforming schools.
  • Familiarity with curriculum development, teaching, and the broader education landscape.
  • Skills in managing the practical demands of running schools (finance, HR, and infrastructure).
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and shared responsibility.
  • Build strong relationships across schools, communities, and external networks.
  • Lead with empathy, compassion, and strategic vision.
  • Balance innovation with respect for the unique identities of schools.
  • Empower staff and build ethical leadership capacity.
