Key Responsibilities

• Support children within Key Stage 2 and nurture provision.
• Work closely with colleagues across the Junior Unit.
• Support children in achieving their potential, despite barriers to learning.
• Raise expectations of achievement.
• Maintain positive home-school links and engage with the wider school community.
• Support in the delivery of planned creative lessons, particularly in English and mathematics.

Skills and Expertise

• Understanding of how children learn best.
• Experience with intervention methods (preferred).
• Understanding of nurture principles in a primary school setting.
• Excellent communication skills.
