Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a vibrant Religious Studies curriculum that inspires curiosity, critical thinking, and interfaith understanding.
• Foster an inclusive learning environment that encourages respectful dialogue and exploration of global faith traditions.
• Ensure high academic standards, innovative teaching methods, and meaningful assessment strategies.

Skills and Expertise

• Proven experience as a dynamic and effective educator, with leadership or department management experience preferred (but not essential).
• Relevant teaching qualifications.
• Deep knowledge of religious studies.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Commitment to nurturing inclusive, meaningful dialogue.
• Proven ability to inspire both students and staff.
• Willingness to teach and lead GCSE sociology alongside RS (desirable)
