Lunchtime Supervisor – Greater London
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and engage pupils in suitable playground activities.
- Provide support for personal care based on teacher/therapist programs.
- Encourage and supervise pupils in personal needs and appearance.
- Supervise lunchtime activities according to teacher/therapist programs.
- Assist individual pupils or small groups with learning.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience with children with learning difficulties and complex needs (including ASD).
- Genuine interest in working with children with learning difficulties and complex needs.
- Excellent communication skills with children and adults.
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team.
- Willingness to accept direction and work as a team member.
- Interest in working in a multi-cultural urban environment.
- Awareness of equal opportunities policy.
- Enthusiasm, patience, flexibility, calmness, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to undertake further training, including meeting medical needs.
