Key Responsibilities
- Experienced practitioner with knowledge of working with children across the primary age range.
- Committed to the highest standards of teaching and learning.
- Able to motivate and inspire children, particularly those with SEND.
- Able to support learning in the classroom and support those appropriately, including those with SEND.
- Committed to forging excellent relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and other professionals.
- Prepared to carry out personal care if required.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience working with children in a primary school setting.
- Knowledge of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire children.
- Proven ability to support learning in the classroom.
- Level 2 qualification in a relevant subject.
- English and Maths GCSE grade C or above, or equivalent.
