• Experienced practitioner with knowledge of working with children across the primary age range.
• Committed to the highest standards of teaching and learning.
• Able to motivate and inspire children, particularly those with SEND.
• Able to support learning in the classroom and support those appropriately, including those with SEND.
• Committed to forging excellent relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and other professionals.
• Prepared to carry out personal care if required.

Skills and Expertise

• Experience working with children in a primary school setting.
• Knowledge of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire children.
• Proven ability to support learning in the classroom.
• Level 2 qualification in a relevant subject.
• English and Maths GCSE grade C or above, or equivalent.
