Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running and operations of the attendance team.

- Rigorously enforce attendance policy requirements.

Skills and Expertise
- 5+ GCSE A* – C (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics
- Good ICT skills
- Knowledge of social, emotional, and mental health needs of young people
