Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in managing the fast-paced, state-of-the-art kitchen.
- Deliver high-quality food to the highest standards.
- Ensure excellent service at all times.
- Adhere to care/support plans regarding resident nutritional needs.
- Prepare nutritional snacks as required.
- Maintain excellent food quality, palatability, and presentation.
- Work closely with the Head Chef.
- Manage stock control (replenishment/ordering).
Skills and Expertise
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of catering experience
- Awareness of relevant regulations
- Knowledge of therapeutic and textured diets (advantageous)
- Experience delivering high-quality service as a Chef (essential)
- Ability to work to a structured menu while being creative
