Housing Advisor – Greater Manchester
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Service Users to gain access to suitable accommodation
- Collaborating with partner agencies (Local Authority, Housing Strategy Teams, and Landlords)
- Assessing Service Users to determine appropriate support levels
- Providing intensive one-to-one and group support as needed
- Working with colleagues in partner agencies for successful housing outcomes
Skills and Expertise
- Experience working with vulnerable and challenging individuals, utilizing strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated case management experience, including handling diverse needs and difficult conversations
- Ability to deliver short, tailored interventions and meet deadlines, excellent time management skills
