Assistant Manager – Port Isaac
Key Responsibilities
- Taking the helm when the General Manager is away, motivating team members to deliver their best and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Creating a warm welcome for guests, making every first impression count to ensure delightful experiences.
- Monitoring customer feedback to adapt and maintain high standards, and improve services as needed.
- Exceeding expectations to ensure consistently high service levels, supporting all staff, especially during peak times.
- Overseeing quality food production and recognizing the importance of the Kitchen Team.
- Providing support to team members based on experience in a similar role and identifying any areas requiring help.
- Maintaining all admin and cash management systems effectively, taking on responsibilities when the General Manager is absent.
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Serving as an inspiring role model and providing support and development to team members.
- Taking pride in self-development with a focus on career progression towards General Manager.
