Key Responsibilities
- Working with children aged 2 years and above.
- Supporting learning and development through play.
- Providing an enjoyable and positive nursery experience.
- Encouraging inquisitiveness and imagination.
- Utilizing excellent resources and learning opportunities.
- Involving children in inclusive extra-curricular activities.
- Contributing to the nursery’s continued success and enhancement.
Skills and Expertise
- Good standard of education (3+ GCSEs including Maths & English at Grade C/Level 4 minimum).
- Previous experience in a school or nursery setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above desirable).
- Pro-active and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork abilities.
