- Managing reception and nights team
- Ordering stationary via Procure Wizard
- Training new reception staff
- Participating in Duty Manager rota
- Recruiting new reception team members
- Hosting guests, including booking tables and providing local recommendations
- Teamwork and cross-departmental support
Skills and Expertise
- Experience in a similar hotel environment
- Excellent guest service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and rotational shifts
- Teamwork oriented
