Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs.
  • Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
  • Support students in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and independence.
  • Assist in the preparation and adaptation of learning materials.

Skills and Expertise

  • Experience working in SEN or education settings is desirable.
  • Calm and empathetic approach to supporting students with complex needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Genuine passion for making a positive impact on children’s lives.
  • Relevant qualification in education or SEN is advantageous but not essential.
