Key Responsibilities

  • Classroom Assistance: Support the teacher with daily classroom operations and tasks.

  • Holistic Development: Support students’ cognitive, emotional, and physical well-being.

Skills and Expertise

  • Education: Minimum Grade 4 (GCSE) in Maths and English.
  • Safeguarding: Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.
  • SEN Experience: Prior experience with SEN learners is desirable.
  • Transportation: Full UK driving licence or reliable commute to Borehamwood.
  • Compliance: Full-time right to work status in the UK is essential.
