Key Responsibilities

- Proven experience working with children and young people (at least 6 months full-time in the last 3 years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Level 3 qualification in children’s services (highly desirable).
- Right to work in the UK.
