Field Service Engineer – East Scotland/Edinburgh

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Franke UK Technical Standards and Processes.
  • Provide technical support to customers and resolve issues promptly.
  • Deliver quality and reliable service to customers and colleagues.
  • Address reliability issues efficiently.
  • Report van stock or training needs to Regional Service Managers.
  • Highlight technical and customer skill gaps.
  • Identify instances requiring Account Support due to ongoing customer issues.
  • Complete any additional ad-hoc duties and responsibilities.
  • Participate in on-call weekend rota for engineer technical assistance and reactive calls (1 in 4 weekends).

  • Understanding and experience in the Field Engineer role.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to escalate issues appropriately.
