Field Service Engineer – East Scotland/Edinburgh
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Franke UK Technical Standards and Processes.
- Provide technical support to customers and resolve issues promptly.
- Deliver quality and reliable service to customers and colleagues.
- Address reliability issues efficiently.
- Report van stock or training needs to Regional Service Managers.
- Highlight technical and customer skill gaps.
- Identify instances requiring Account Support due to ongoing customer issues.
- Complete any additional ad-hoc duties and responsibilities.
- Participate in on-call weekend rota for engineer technical assistance and reactive calls (1 in 4 weekends).
