Field Service Engineer – Edinburgh

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure agreed Franke UK Technical Standards and Processes are adhered to
  • On Call weekend rota for Engineer Technical Assistance and reactive calls (1 every 4 weekends)
  • Highlight Technical skills gap
  • Highlight customer skills gap
  • Highlight issues where Account Support is required due to ongoing Customer Issues
  • Any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities that arise on a day to day basis or over a period of time that falls in the remit of the role.
  • Deliver a quality and reliable service to our customers and colleagues ensuring that reliability issues are dealt in a timely manner, and any issues with van stock or training needs will be reported back to the Regional Service Managers.

  • Understanding and experience in the remit of the Field Engineers role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Personal integrity
  • Analytical and prioritisation skills
  • Understanding of when to inform and when to escalate issues
