Field Process Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective and accurate communication between all relevant parties, updating Service Management, Process Management, and Sales Team.
- Demonstrate process performance of installed tools to pass customer acceptance tests.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of technology to facilitate fault finding and root cause analysis for optimized process and hardware performance.
- Carry out customer training at OIPT and customer sites.
- Ensure all work adheres to Company Health and Safety and ISO9001 Quality procedures.
- Liaise with Sales Team to align with customer expectations and provide relevant background information.
- Maintain accurate records of system status, warranty timing, parts, service contracts, and failures for trend analysis.
- Keep relevant enquiry and project files updated with significant information.
- Provide detailed and accurate expense records.
- Apply knowledge of technology and hazards to implement appropriate systems.

- Relevant science or engineering degree (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering).
- Significant experience in the semiconductor industry or relevant academic experience.
- Experience with Thin film measuring (e.g., SEM, AFM), Ion Beam (Deposition and/or Etch), and/or General deposition or etch experience.
