Tissue Viability Nurse – Dorset
Key Responsibilities
- Providing effective, evidence-based, comprehensive specialist Tissue Viability advice.
- Planning and coordinating meetings to discuss investigation findings with relevant parties.
- Actively contributing to the prevention of Pressure Ulcers and management of complex wounds across Dorset Health Care and partner organisations.
- Providing positive, effective communication and evidence-based advice to staff, patients, relatives, and carers.
- Delivering training formally and informally on Tissue Viability, pressure ulcer prevention and management, and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy to all staff groups.
- Supporting the Tissue Viability services in delivering evidenced-based care.
- Working with internal and external partners to deliver a robust Tissue Viability strategy and service.

Job Facilities/Benefits

- Full-time role, however, minimum of 30 hours considered
