HGV Class 1 Night Driver – Eastleigh, Hampshire
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
- Arrive at work on time, informing the traffic office of any issues.
- Adhere to company, customer, and Highway Code procedures.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
- Complete all deliveries and collections as documented.
- Comply with EU tachograph and WTD regulations.
- Keep vehicle clean and tidy.
Skills and Expertise
- Full LGV C+E (Class 1) licence.
- Valid Driver Qualification Card/Driver CPC.
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with double decks.
- Experience with containers and dock compliance (an advantage).
- Flexibility.
