Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and managing incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling and booking property inspections and viewings.
  • Acting as the point of contact for tenants and landlords, maintaining clear and effective communication.
  • Preparing and managing property-related contracts and documents.
  • Coordinating and overseeing property repairs and maintenance requests.
  • Filing, organizing, and maintaining office records and documents.
  • Using Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, document preparation, and reporting.
  • Supporting other administrative tasks as required to ensure efficient office operations.

Skills and Expertise

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in office administration or property management (preferred but not essential)
