  • Ability to manage, organize, and motivate team members daily.
  • Ability to take ownership and make decisions.
  • Ability to comprehend and analyze sales figures.
  • Recruitment/interviewing experience.
  • Intermediate IT skills (e.g., Word, Excel).
  • Experience training others.
  • Knowledge of Lakeland and its products.
  • Experience with change management.
  • Experience in selling through service.
  • Team coaching skills.
