Home Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Managing administrative systems and processes to support effective home management.
- Maintaining financial records and preparing reports.
- Administering Time & Attendance system and processing payroll and HR information, keeping resident well-being central.
Skills and Expertise
- IT and Administration qualification (e.g., ECDL).
- Admin or secretarial support experience in a busy office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Kindness, positive energy, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
