Rapid Response Care Worker – Cheshire

Key Responsibilities

• Covering the Chester and Ellesmere Port area.
• Attending calls on a last-minute basis for sickness or urgent referrals.
• Providing short-term care to support customers returning home from hospital.
• Helping customers rebuild confidence in daily tasks.
• Ensuring customers return to independent living.
• Delivering high-quality care to meet the needs of service users.
• Thinking on your feet to adapt to varied daily tasks.
• Meeting the needs of the regular care teams and providing a consistent high standard of care.
• Maintain timekeeping accuracy.
