Key Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering learning interventions to small groups or through 1:1 sessions
• Supporting children with SEND within the classroom, and where necessary on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis
• Encouraging development of vocabulary through speech, reading and writing activities
• Providing a supportive and positive learning environment where students can thrive personally and academically
• Assisting with the delivery of an exciting and balanced curriculum
• Helping children to develop their confidence and ensuring they feel valued within an inclusive learning environment
