Key Responsibilities
- Taking cuttings
- Lifting seedlings from seedbeds
- Mechanical transplanting
- Netting seedbeds
- Hand-weeding
- Grading young trees into different sizes
- Packaging and checking finished products
Skills and Expertise
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a flexible and adaptable manner
- Working in all weathers, both indoors and outdoors
